As discussed before, because of the way the world currently is, people in general vibrate in the lower frequencies with emotions such as fear, anger, selfishness, jealousy, etc. We, as sensitives, pick up these emotions like radar and it can wreak havoc with our lives.
Our purpose in life is to radiate love, warmth, joy and peace to ourselves and those we come in contact with.
One way we can learn to do this more effectively is to practice focusing on one high thought/feeling every day as frequently as we can. If we just pick out one word, such as, love, or joy, or wisdom, or any high thought/feeling that you would like to radiate on a regular basis, you can say this word over and over again to yourself and FEEL the emotion/thought, inside your body - feel it vibrate.....it WILL serve to eventually raise your own vibration.
Let this be your meditation daily - pick any high vibrating word you want and BE that word!!
